YK-1211 is a low emission stabilizer silicone designed specifically for the production of molded high strength sponge (HR Sponge), which can work with TDI / MDI and modified TDI (ie TM80 and TM50).
It has been designed to provide the manufacturer with a wide processing latitude whilst yielding a good balance between stabilisation and cell opening.
YK-1211 provides for perfect skin and surface formation as well as working at different mold temperatures.
YK-1211 lies in its capacity to accommodate the use of high reactivity and/or high solids content polymer polyols.
