YK-1212 is a low emission stabilizer silicone, that designed specifically for the production of molded high strength sponge (HR Sponge) and capable of working with MDI and TM50.
YK-1212 is particularly suited to yield a wide processing window whilst insuring the desired foam stabilization, cell opening balance and characteristic HR type cell structure (i.e. buckling under compression).
YK-1211 provides for perfect skin and surface formation as well as working at different mold temperatures.
YK-1212 lies in its capacity to accommodate the use of high reactivity and/or high solids content polymer polyols.
